Scalise Statement on King v. Burwell Decision

WASHINGTON, D.C. – House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) issued the following statement in reaction to the Supreme Court ruling on King v. Burwell:

"While I'm disappointed in the Supreme Court's ruling, it does not change the fact that Obamacare has been a dismal failure for millions of Americans who have lost the good health care that they liked, and are paying more for the plans that they have. I will continue to stand with the American people who want this failed law repealed and replaced with patient-centered reforms that lower costs and get Washington bureaucrats out of our health care decisions."
