Rep. Scalise: ‘Did Contractors Deliver Website They Were Paid to Build?’

At today's House hearing, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) asked Secretary Sebelius whether the contractors hired to create healthcare.gov delivered what they were paid huge sums to build."I don't think I can accurately answer that question. What we know is we have a system that doesn't function properly. As we fix things, we will know more about what is broken along the way," Sebelius responded.
