• The Joint Response Center has setup an e-mail address to be used by the public to submit suggestions or ideas for dispersing and cleaning up the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Anyone with suggestions or ideas should e-mail horizonresponse@piersystem.com.

BP has also released the following numbers for use by the public to relay Deepwater Horizon incident inquiries.
• To discuss spill related damage, call 1-800-440-0858
• To report oiled shoreline or request volunteer information, please call 1-866-448-5816.
• To sign up to use your vessel in the BP “Vessel of Opportunity” program, contact Vince Mitchell at 425-745-8017. Vessel owners will need to provide the following details about their vessel: Name, owner, horsepower, length, draft, etc.
