Why: Congressman Steve Scalise will host a town hall in Mandeville on Thursday, August 26, at 7 pm in coordination with the nationwide “America Speaking Out” effort. At the town hall, residents will have the opportunity to discuss the ideas, goals, and priorities they would like to see implemented in Washington, D.C. Congressman Scalise has hosted 24 Town Hall Meetings and more than one in every Parish in the First Congressional District. Press is welcome at all town hall meetings.
