Scalise Statement on President Trump's Affordable Energy Plan

WASHINGTON, D.C.—House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) released the following statement after the Trump Administration announced the Affordable Energy Plan to replace the Obama Administration's Clean Power Plan:
