WWL-TV Steps Inside a Day of the House Majority Whip

WASHINGTON, D.C.—New Orleans news station WWL-TV spent a day with House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) to learn more about the full scope of his responsibilities as Whip, how he came into the position, and what it means for Louisiana. WWL's Eric Paulsen follows Scalise as he speaks to a local Chamber of Commerce, meets with House Leadership, and is briefed by staff. Watch to get a closer look at Whip Scalise's office and a special meeting space that he named the "Lincoln Room" in honor of former President Abraham Lincoln. This is part one of a two part series, with the second half airing during tonight's 10 PM CT newscast.
