The Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) has listed Points of Distribution (POD) sites on its website throughout impacted parishes for affected residents. Individuals can pick up ice, water, MREs, and tarps at these locations. Current locations are listed below:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has activated its free Operation Blue Roof program to to repair homeowners' damaged roofs. Operation Blue Roof protects property, reduces temporary housing costs, and allows residents to remain in their homes while recovering from the storm. This program is free of charge for affected residents living in Ascension, Jefferson, Lafourche, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Terrebonne.
